We shortlist against what you have told us rather than against what is easy to book, and we visit with you. We read the contract properly — corkage, curfews, supplier restrictions, minimum spends, what happens if it rains — and we tell you what those clauses will cost you in practice.

If nothing on the list is right, we keep looking. We have never had a couple settle on a venue because we ran out of options.
